Campbell's Carpet Care Guarantee
Our work is 100% Guaranteed. We will re clean any problem areas or return your money if you are still not satisfied. We are committed to performing a careful and thorough cleaning service using reasonable care to obtain satisfactory results. In most instances 100% stain removal is achieved. Because of the nature of certain stains, it is not possible to guarantee total color/texture restoration. Factors of installation and/or deterioration that are disguised cannot be predicted by the most careful technician.
CAUTION: While carpets are still damp, use extreme caution when walking on hard floor surfaces to avoid slipping and falling.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Campbell's Carpet Care warrants to the owner of the carpet and upholstery protected with Dupont™ Carpet and Upholstery Protector, applied by Campbell's Carpet Care. Should the treated area become stained as a result of normal spills such as vomit, blood, water, milk, alcoholic beverages, etc. for a period of one year from the date of application, Campbell's Carpet Care will clean the stained area only, and re-apply Dupont™ Carpet and Upholstery Protector to the cleaned area free of charge.
The warranty will be void if the warranted item is cleaned by another method or company other than Campbell's Carpet Care and/or any other cleaning product other than Campbell's Carpet Care Super Spotter. Campbell's Carpet Care will not be liable for any damages caused by the actions of others.
To obtain service within the terms of this warranty, Campbell's Carpet Care must be duly notified within 72 hours of the stain occurring.
- Material damage caused by factory workmanship and/or material flaws.
- General soiling, fading and wear.
- Construction of carpet.
- Damage to treated material by failure to use reasonable care.
- Paint, Dyes, acid, bleach, caustic/corrosive material, pets, burns, torn material, and neglect.
- Non-fabric parts of the article.
Customer must exhibit care of their carpets and upholstery and are encouraged to call Campbell's Carpet Care before attempting to clean stained or soiled articles. This warranty is void if an improper cleaning attempt damages the article.
Campbell's Carpet Care makes no claim as to guarantee stain will totally disappear, only that our service is on a best effort basis.
Your free service call will apply only to stain covered by this warranty, and a minimum charge will apply to any other areas requesting to be cleaned.
